CONFERENCE AND MEETING FACILITIES:

Ye Olde Church - 113 N Green - is equipped with modern technology
- Surround-Sound theater system with digital projector capable of presenting movies, cable programming, and slideshow presentations.

- 125-person capacity in theater style.
- A conference room adjacent to the auditorium will seat 10-20 people. This area also serves as a refreshment area. Two restrooms are available in the church.

Littlefield Pavilion - 216 N Green (Behind the Littlefield House) is wired… and connected
- Terrific lighting for Scrapping and Quilting. Multiple electric
circuits for quilting. 6-room house, the Pavilion is 26 x 36 feet, with a large patio accessed by two sets of French doors. A great setting for gatherings of all sorts.
- Wet bar and bathroom included.
- The Game/Spa Room with attached hot tub is just steps away.

Meeting space for smaller groups is available on the ground floors of Henderson House, Spickard House, Littlefield House and in the Spa/Game Room for up to15 people. Check with us for pricing.

Church and Pavilion Pricing:
- One day(Noon Friday-3pm Saturday) - $75.
- Two days (Noon Friday-3pm Sunday) - $95.
- Three or more days - $35/day.
- Weekend availability of the Littlefield
Pavilion only if at least 6 rooms are
reserved for lodging in the Littlefield
House.

usage of Ye Olde Church.

Pavilion is an additional cost over the lodging expense. Please
enquire for other variations.

Lodging
Retreat rates for lodging apply to groups of 15 or more people and must include at least two meals. One-night stay is $27.50 per person. Per person cost for two or more nights' stay is $25.00 per night. Minimum 2 people per room. If a private room is requested, then regular double occupancy rate will apply as rooms are available.

Dining
Retreat rates require purchase of at least two meals per day. Seating is available for 35-40 in the Spickard dining rooms & 75-80 in the church, for sit-down dining. Unless other arrangements are made, meals will be buffet-style. Meals are available for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast: $6.50 per person. Lunch: $8.50 per person. Dinner $10.50 per person plus sales tax. Lunch and Dinner entree choices available. Prices may vary by menu selections.
- Refreshments
Refreshments including assorted beverages and snacks are available for seminars and retreats. Cost varies based on selections.
- Payment/Deposits:
Retreat/Conference rates require payment from one
source - one total bill for food and lodging. Deposit (if reservations are
made more than 30 days in advance) = 25% of total bill for lodging and
food. 50% payment due 30 days before scheduled arrival. Final payment
due 7 days before arrival. Rooms must be guaranteed 30 days
in advance. Rooms not guaranteed will be released and made available
on a first come/first served basis.
- Receptions
Standup receptions could accommodate 50 people in the Spickard House or 80-125 in the church. Serving tables with skirts and cloths are available. Our church will accommodate a wedding with reception either in the church or one or two of the houses.
- Weddings
Our facilities are ideal for small weddings. Ye Olde Church offers two aisles, seating for 125 people, a charming stage, and the overflow room serves as a great bride’s quarters. There is a ‘pastor’s study’ backstage with outside access. Receptions and/or rehearsal dinners can comfortably be held in the Spickard House or the Littlefield Pavilion.
