Built in 1903, the Littlefield House is our newest facility, with six rooms, six private baths and 14 beds. Located next door to the Henderson House, Littlefield has been recently restored to near-original condition. We have added a Great Room – the Pavilion - at the rear for large group use. The Front Parlor makes for a great gathering area with large TV.
- THE PAVILION
Connected to an historic 6-room house, the Littlefield Pavilion is 26 x 36 feet, with a large patio accessed by two sets of French doors. A great setting for gatherings of all sorts.
Ample space for up to 50 people--$75 for one day / $95 for two days / $35 per day for 3 or more days. Pavilion includes bathroom, wet bar and space for refreshments. The Game/Spa Room with hot tub attached is just steps away.
Terrific lighting for scrapping and quilting. Multiple electric circuits for quilting.
